Explains a lot.

Happy Equinox! I nearly forgot about it. The official end to what is for me the worst time of the year. Most years, I just want to sleep from Thanksgiving until Spring.

Tomorrow I’ll have a post about a guy who got arrested here for doing a pretty cool, and very legal, thing to call attention to the the Bush/McCain War in Iraq.

Once that’s done I’ll have some stuff on religion. I’m pondering some things I want to say about theocracy and the republic on this most solemn of weekends. It will probably take me a post or two to work up to the one I want to link to the gathering blogswarm. Fortunately, I have a long weekend beginning tomorrow.

Not really related to theocracy, but here is a warm-up post on religion. Jonolan poses a very intriguing question for Christians. The discussion thread is good.

Ponies!

Hilarity!

My favorite Strange Map so far.
